As you can imagine, I get quite a few questions from my senior clients, and their parents. This is totally understandable…after all, your senior session is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and one you are investing in with both time and money. You want the senior session that you’ll remember for a lifetime…for all the right reasons! Here’s my top five questions, and my answers!
5. What happens if the weather is bad the day of our session?
All sessions are outdoors and on location, therefore, if the weather doesn’t cooperate the day of our session, we will need to reschedule. Of course, rainy weather will not work but overcast may be okay, depending on how cloudy it is. Every effort is made to reschedule your session as soon as possible, and in the best weather/light available.
4. When will my photos be ready?
Printed proofs will be ready about 2 weeks after your photo shoot. At that time, we will get together for your Premiere Ordering Session. You can expect finished prints and products to be ready for pick up approximately 2-4 weeks following your ordering session.
3. How do I book a session with Paige Pearson Photography and when do you schedule sessions?
My favorite question! I typically book 4-6 weeks in advance so my best advice is to book early! You can contact me by phone, email, or by using the contact button on my website. To start, we will probably get together for a short pre-consultation, where we can talk details for your session like locations, what to wear and more. Teen and senior sessions are typically scheduled in the late afternoon to take advantage of the beautiful afternoon light!
2. What locations do you offer?
This area has so many wonderful locations to explore! At your pre-consultation, we will discuss your style and decide on locations that work best for you style whether it be rustic and country, edgy and urban, or something in between. I believe every session should reflect the senior, and their interests and personality. I always love to hear your ideas, as well.
1. What do I wear?
I’ve been posting lots of helpful hints here on the blog on how to prepare your wardrobe for your big day. I’m also available to answer questions or to offer ideas along the way. Check out my recent posts here: Preparing for Your Senior Session and here: Colors and Patterns!
