Looking back…looking forward

Happy New Year!  Can you believe it’s 2010?  First, I want to thank my clients for making 2009 such a wonderful year!  It was such an amazing experience to photograph each family, child, and high school senior!  I love getting a peek into your lives and I thank you so much for choosing me to capture your family memories through photographs.  Now on to 2010…I am so excited about the year to come!  During the slower winter season, I have several projects on my to-do list including freshening up my blog-site and developing some new products that will be available in the spring.  (Hint:  one is an ADORABLE little album!)  I am also excited to be attending a photography workshop later this month and taking a class just for fun – Intro to Food Photography.  I’m sure when the warmer weather comes around again, I will be refreshed and ready to go for an awesome spring season!  Speaking of spring…it’s not too early to contact me if you are interested in a spring session.  I already have a list going for those to contact when my spring schedule opens up.  Give me a call or email if you are interested!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are now settling in to the new year.  One of the highlights of our Christmas break each year is attending my family reunion in Florida.  For some of us, it’s the only time we see each other during the year.  It was so fun to watch my kids with their cousins this year.  They were all a little shy to begin with but within a few hours, it was like they were long time friends!   The last night of the reunion, they had a “sleepover” in each others room and we heard comments like, “I wish we didn’t have to go home!”  🙂

Here is my daughter and her cousin doing what they spent most of the weekend doing…skating!  I love this. 🙂
