We’ve had the craziest weather this winter. Fairly mild with no snow until March – go figure! My bulbs have already started popping up so they are probably a bit confused. But before we know it summer will be here and I’ll be complaining that it’s too hot. I guess I’ll enjoy it while I can! It’s...
LeslieHello! Oh, how I wish it would snow here in Jacksonville. The kids would love it! Right now, I am reading “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Moms & Sons”. I am really enjoying the stories in this book. I’ve literally laughed and cried! You should check it out. Maybe the “Chicken Soup” can warm your soul on this cold snowy day. 😉
Carla MorrisI just read War Brides on my kindle 🙂 happy Snow Day 🙂
Amber“Heaven is for real” was a great book!
Jessica IngramHope you’re enjoying your snow day. I know we are! I have recently finished ‘Till We Have Faces’ by C.S Lewis. It’s an amazing retold Greek myth about how we cannot have the outward appearance that we desire until we change our souls first. ‘Redeeming Love’ by Rivers is also phenomenal. I couldn’t put it down. Happy reading!
Danielle ChamberlinHave you read The Greatest Mircle in the World by Og Mandino? If not that should be your next book! It’s a great story.
Corinne GeyerI recently finished my friends book called Buried Memories, Katie Beers’ Story. She was kidnapped 20 years ago and held captive in a dungeon like area. She recently released the book describing her 17 days and her life to follow. It was hard to put down and very intense, but I highly recommend it.
JamieHi Paige! We are having a rainy reading day here today. I am currently reading “Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell”, which is a behemoth doorstopper of a book but good. Recently read books that I would recommend are, “The Wave” by Susan Casey, “A Casual Vacancy” by J.K. Rowling, and “The Swan Thieves” by Elizabeth Kostova. Cheers!
